Almost 200 starts with 98 horses and 79 riders in 11 tours and a technical world premiere - this was the 19th international four-star dressage show in Achleiten, including a famous guest: Football world champion Thomas Müller crossed his fingers for his wife Lisa and advertised the association “Pferde für unsere Kinder / Horses for our children.

“We saw good sport. Especially the performances of our young Austrian dressage team were very good. The successful world premiere of the new paperless judging system makes us very proud as an event organizer,“ Sissy Max-Theurer said after five moving days of events.

The victory of the Grand Prix Special on the final day was taken by Nicolas Wagner from Luxembourg and his 9-year-old gelding Quater Back Junior.

On Saturday, the 21-year-old Swiss multi-talent Estelle Wettstein won the Freestyle with West Side Story and strong 75.150 percent.

The Medium Tour was dominated by record state champion Victoria Max-Theurer with her young talent Benaglio, whose development is also supported by Isabell Werth, the most successful dressage rider in the world.

Austria’s current dressage state champion Belinda Weinbauer and her talented young horse Ferrero Küsschen MJ did an excellent job in the Small Tour despite heavy rain.
